Essential Components of Aircon System
Insulations

Insulation on aircon pipes prevents condensation, reduces energy loss, and protects against moisture damage. It ensures efficient cooling, prevents water leaks, and extends the lifespan of both the unit and surrounding structures.
PVC Drainage Pipes

The aircon drain pipe channels condensation water safely away from the unit. It prevents water leaks, protects ceilings and walls from moisture damage, and ensures smooth, hygienic drainage to maintain system efficiency.
Brackets

Aircon brackets support and secure the outdoor condenser unit, ensuring it is safely mounted above ground. They provide stability, prevent vibration and noise, allow proper airflow, and protect the unit from water damage and pest intrusion.
Refrigerant Copper Pipe

The aircon copper pipe transports refrigerant between the indoor and outdoor units. It plays a vital role in heat exchange, enabling efficient cooling. Durable and corrosion-resistant, it ensures optimal system performance and long-term reliability.
Four Cour Wire Cable

The four core wire cable in an aircon system is essential for connecting the indoor and outdoor units. It carries power and communication signals, ensuring the system runs smoothly. Each core typically handles live, neutral, earth, and signal/control functions.

Aircon Refrigerant Pipe Insulation Replacement @ Parbury Hill Condominium
Solving condensation issues at Parbury Hill Condominium.
A resident at Parbury Hill Condo experienced water leakage above the false ceiling. Initially, it was suspected to be a leaking water pipe, and Homeone was contacted for plumbing assistance. Upon site inspection, our team identified that the issue was not related to the plumbing system but was caused by condensation from poorly insulated aircon pipes. We replaced the insulation with proper materials to prevent further condensation and completed the ceiling reinstatement work to restore the area.
